Inside Sales Executive
We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join one of the fastest-growing private companies in Orange County, California, with our main office located in Anaheim. The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent oral and written communication skills. This position offers flexible working options: applicants local to Orange County, CA, and surrounding areas can work onsite at our Anaheim, CA office, while remote work opportunities are available for qualified candidates in other states and regions across the U.S.


Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay: $25.00/hour + Commission and Bonuses

Tiered Commission Structure:

  • 10% commission on net profit between $0-$50,000
  • 15% commission on net profit above $50,001

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Manage 15-20 qualified leads daily, following up to facilitate orders and close sales. Utilize your ability to secure large transactions and exceed customer expectations.
  • Sales Facilitation: Streamline the purchasing process, ensuring seamless sales once orders are placed.
  • Leverage Relationships with Suppliers: Utilize purchasing power and partnerships with major distributors and manufacturers like Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Honeywell, and Department of Defense government contractors to secure optimal pricing and faster delivery for customers.
  • CRM Management: Input and track all customer orders in our proprietary CRM system while maintaining accuracy in data entry and supplier database management.
  • Pricing Strategy & Negotiation: Structure deals, renegotiate pricing, and accommodate customer needs within set company guidelines to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to expand market share and drive repeat business.
  • Collaboration: Ensure clear communication across internal departments and with clients to maintain transparency on orders and transactions.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Navigate procedures in a highly regulated industry, adhering to FAA regulations while working alongside a meticulous Quality Assurance and Compliance team.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced industry marked by constant changes, new mandates, and regulatory updates.
  • Autonomy: Take ownership of structuring and securing transactions within company standards while being rewarded for outstanding performance and dedication.
